Vibe Central Minecraft Server Webstore Terms & Privacy

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    1. By accessing or using our webstore (“Webstore”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Webstore. We reserve the right to deny or restrict access to the Webstore for any reason at our sole discretion.
  2. Disclaimer of Affiliation
    1. Vibe Central is not affiliated with Mojang Studios. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All rights to Minecraft and its assets belong to Mojang Studios.
  3. Nature of Donations
    1. All payments made through the Webstore are considered donations to support the operation and maintenance of the Vibe Central Minecraft server (“Server”).
    2. Donations may include virtual perks and ranks, which are considered as rewards and not products or services.
  4. Eligibility and Minors
    1. To make a donation through our Webstore, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By donating, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable legal age requirements or have obtained the necessary parental/guardian permission.
    2. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use this Webstore or provide any personal information without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with applicable law.
  5. Delivery of Virtual Perks
    1. Upon successful payment, virtual perks and/or ranks are internally credited to the supplied Minecraft username within a few minutes, and then delivered immediately if the receiver is online. If the receiver is not online at the time of delivery, the rewards are scheduled for delivery upon their next login. In case of any abnormal delay, please don’t hesitate to contact our staff team via Discord or in-game.
    2. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all rewarded virtual perks and/or ranks do not expire.
    3. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide accurate in-game username details during checkout.
    4. Once a perk or rank is delivered, it is permanently bound to the provided Minecraft account and cannot be transferred to a new Minecraft account. However, you may request to have any perks or ranks revoked from your account.
  6. Refund Policy
    1. All charges are non-refundable.
    2. In cases of technical errors or undelivered perks, please contact our staff team via Discord or in-game for resolution. Do not initiate a chargeback or dispute.
    3. Chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent ban from the Server and all associated Vibe Central Services ("Services"). We reserve the right to initiate legal action to recover disputed funds and associated damages. This may include reporting fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and collection agencies, as well as pursuing legal remedies to the fullest extent permissible under the law.
  7. Modification of Virtual Perks
    1. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any virtual perks or ranks without prior notice. The nature of game servers evolves over time, and perks may be adjusted to maintain balanced gameplay or adapt to server updates.
    2. Changes to perks are typically minor and usually will not result in any form of refunds or additional compensation. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users in advance of any significant modifications or removals. With significant changes, we are likely to offer alternative perks or compensation at our discretion.
  8. User Conduct and Revocation of Perks
    1. By donating, you agree to follow all Server guidelines. Failure to comply with these rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of perks or ranks, without refund.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    1. We are not liable for any Server downtime, bugs, or interruptions that may affect the usage of virtual perks or ranks. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or server crashes may temporarily affect the functionality of certain perks.
    2. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account or any loss resulting from such access. It is your responsibility to protect your account credentials.
    3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Webstore, Server, or any associated Vibe Central Services.
    4. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for a donation that gave rise to a claim.
  10. Indemnification
    1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Central, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Webstore, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
  11. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Webstore shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. laws in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
  12. Changes to Terms
    1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will typically be communicated through the Webstore or Server Services such as our Discord server. Your continued use of the Webstore after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

      1. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Webstore.

        • In-game Minecraft Username to deliver perks
        • Email address
        • Payment & cardholder information (processed through Stripe)

    3. How We Use Your Information
      1. To process donations and deliver virtual perks.

    6. Data Retention & Security
      1. We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely dispose of or anonymize it.
      2. We implement secure protocols to protect your information. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe.
      3. To deliver perks and process transactions, minimal transaction metadata is securely transmitted from Stripe and is stored on our servers.
    7. Children’s Privacy
      1. Our Webstore is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete that information.
